  • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Verbesserung der Prozesse und Abläufe
  • Erfassen und verfolgen der entsprechenden Kennzahlen
Planung
  • Produktionsplanung, teilweise in Abstimmung mit den anderen Standorten
    Terminkoordination mit den beteiligten operativen Abteilungen und dem Projektmanagement bzw. der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Erstellung des periodischen Forecast
    Produktionsmengen und Termine
    Produktionskapazität
  • Materialbedarf
    Plan / Ist Abgleich
    Kapazität und Terminplanung u. a. in der Angebotsphase

Logisitk
  • Planung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der internen Werkslogistik und der Logistik zwischen den Konzernstandorten
  • Koordination der Logistikdienstleister
  • Kostenermittlung, Überwachung und Optimierung der logistische Prozesse

Beschaffung
  • Operative Beschaffung Rohmaterialien bei externen Lieferanten und innerhalb des Konzerns
  • Koordination der Bestandsüberwachung
  • Analyse Materialmengen und -flüsse
