Aufgaben

  • Conduct theoretical and experimental research to develop new technologies, imaging methods and components for magnetic resonance imaging
  • Perform measurements, tests, and characterizations on devices to evaluate their performance and ensure they meet specifications
  • Evaluate the safety of the equipment in terms of magnetic fields and electromagnetic radiation according to national and international standards
  • Analyze problems and malfunctions occurring in equipment and develop troubleshooting solutions in collaboration with customer service and technicians
Qualifikation

  • Completed university degree in Physics, Medical Technology or Electrical Engineering
  • Profound knowledge of the functionality of MRIs, CTs or similar devices
  • Ideally some experience in engineering or maintenance of electrical devices
  • Fluent in German
