Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with public cloud solutions across Software-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service, and Infrastructure-as-a-Service markets
- Experience at building scalable partner ecosystems ranging from agile partners, mid-tier integrators, and global system integrators
- Experience in a partner or channel manager position
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree
- Experience presenting to senior-level audience and comfort working in and through a cross-functional organization
- Excellent partner development and management skills, with proven success in delivering Go-to-Market strategies and results
- Excellent technical understanding of foundational cloud technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

As a Global System Integrator (GSI) Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for executing the business development strategy with our strategic partners within EMEA. You will be responsible for achieving strategic goals and driving partner success in a given region. You will represent the entire range of Google Cloud products and services for our GSI partners while at times focusing on a specific solution, or product sets, for particular partner vertical markets.

Responsibilities
- Engage the most senior stakeholders at large global consulting partners.
- Harness executive and sales partner relationships to build trust with stakeholders in the Google Cloud Field Sales Teams, and establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
- Achieve goals for pipeline, business growth, and certifications. Support building full partnership across marketing, sales, delivery, and asset development.
- Lead regional joint business development planning processes with partners that develop mutual performance objectives, targets, and critical milestones.
- Manage complex enterprise agreements, and team with cross-functional stakeholders to pull for success.
