If you want to discover more about the opportunity to join our team as Sales Manager for PANERAI, we would like to talk to you. The contract is permanent, based in Düsseldorf or Hamburg (reporting into the Munich regional office) and starts as soon as possible.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As a Sales Manager for PANERAI, you are responsible for the commercial performance of PANERAI in several countries. In your role you are developing our distribution network, consisting of multibrand points of sale, as well as monobrand stores, nurturing solid client relations and ensuring that the sales are achieved from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
Next to your visits, you are also responsible for the representation of PANERAI at the point of sale and for the enhancement of the client experience (staff training, sales ceremony, visibility, level of services, product offer, etc.)
You will develop specific action plans together with the teams to ensure revenue growth.
You are also the eye of the office team to pass and transmit relevant information regarding the city development, the country knowledge and cultures, the point of sale environment.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Apart from having an affinity with luxury products and understanding its stakes (experience in the luxury / hospitality environment is a plus but not mandatory), our Sales Manager has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You speak German and English fluently, an additional language being a plus.
An analytical and service-oriented mindset is crucial in intricate negotiations as your persuasiveness and inventiveness will pave the way for your success. You are a self-starter and have the ability to work independently. You are commercial and business minded with a strong customer service focus. You have the ability to travel up to 80 % of time. - If your application is selected we will reach out to you with an informal introductory call.
- Afterwards there would be an interview with the Commercial Director and your HR Business Partner, followed by an interview with the Managing Director for Northern Europe. An additional interview with the Headquarter is likely to take place.
