Join our small team and help us provide our customers with personalised quality gifts! We’re looking for students to help us process our online orders.

What are you going to do:

At The Magical Touch UK, we believe in the joy of giving and receiving gifts. We are a small e-commerce business based in the UK, expanding to Germany. Our mission is to present our customers with a quality gift idea for every occasion. We focus on engraving affordable gifts designed by us.

We’re looking for students to join our small, intercultural team.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

  • You process orders independently by performing a quality check, customising, packing and shipping them to the customer.
  • You prepare basic designs in our laser marking software (EzCad Lite) and then engrave the order according to the customer’s requirements. (Don’t worry, we teach you all you need to know!)
  • You participate in the processing of new shipments, including keeping the stock areas clean and organised

Your Profile

  • You are reliable and work independently.
  • You can communicate well in English (our company language).
  • You have basic computer skills.
  • You have a keen eye for detail.
  • You are officially enrolled at university and study for at least 2 more semesters.
