We have an exciting opportunity for you as Office Administrator at our location in Neu-Isenburg, Germany.

Reporting to the Business Support Manager for Germany & Central Eastern Europe, the responsibilities of the Office Administrator include:

  • Greets, logs and directs visitors to the appropriate Boeing point of contact
  • Performs visitor screening
  • Answers and routes telephone calls, answers general questions
  • Responsible and maintains awareness of the reception and lobby area, meeting and conference rooms
  • Provides and orders office supplies
  • Ensures office cleanliness at all times
  • Identifies and reports safety hazards, near misses and incidents
  • Coordinates facility and cleaning services, maintenance and repair
  • Supports Business Partner events and meetings
  • Supports employee on- and off-boarding
  • Responds to data calls and general requests
  • Ensures efficient and compliant running of the office

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Abitur (high school diploma), Fachabitur (technical diploma) or completed commercial training with corresponding background experience
  • Good understanding of operational and administrative processes
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Additional languages and computer skills as well as financial and business acumen are a plus
