Your Future Environment

The newly founded organization Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) will take over responsibility for Design Transfer, Validation and Large Investment projects for the larger Diagnostics Manufacturing unit located close to Munich, Germany. MSAT will offer a highly dynamic work environment. We serve projects needed to let the Diagnostics Division become reality – more medical value for patients at significantly lower cost.

As part of the MSAT Leadership Team, help build-up and shape the future of this new organization.

Your Future Role

As a Multiproject Manager you will

  • Monitor all projects planned and under execution in MSAT

  • Provide insight of project status and resource planning and utilization

  • Consolidate project status and provide a single point of truth to all levels of the organization

  • Escalate delays to management and consolidate path to resolution

  • Support the long-term Asset Strategy and implementation resulting masterplan

  • Be a strong and communicative advocate for reliable project planning and execution in DOZ and for our global partners

Who you are?

  • You enjoy interaction with a variety of stakeholders on all levels of the organization

  • You communicate to the point and with the needs of your partner in mind

  • You have at least three years’ experience in PM or – ideally – Multiprojectmanagement (relevant certification is preferred)

  • Experience in a regulated industry or cGMP environment is preferred

  • You are a versed matrix leader with a proven track record to influence across a larger organization

  • You build trusted relationships with your partners in the larger organization

  • You enjoy contributing to strategy development, translate strategies into actionable plans and drive results toward the expected outcome

  • Fluency in German and English (verbal and written) is a must for this position
