  • MFG-PRO Graduate Program was designed to help you start off your international career in the Automotive Industry 4.0. Joining the program will enable you to develop your leadership potential through various assignments in different locations across the Electrical Distribution Systems EMEA region.

    MFG-PRO provides the participants with a wide breadth of experience of different functions across the manufacturing organization: Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, PC&L, Quality, SCM, Sales, Finance, HR (location dependent).

    Over the course of the program we will work with you to develop your career in two key areas:

    • Personal growth - Learning how to lead, communicate and collaborate
    • Professional development - Gaining speci fi c expertise in your area of choice.

    Participants of our Product Engineering Trainee Program will rotate through four assignments, each lasting six months. The assignments will be based in Neumarkt and in München to develop you to an Product Engineer for our OEM customer.

    The successful completion of the MFG-PRO program will enable you to start an international career with the possibility to take on leadership responsibility in the future.

    Who We Look For (Basic Requirements):

    • A recent graduate (2020 - 2023) of an engineering discipline, e.g. manufacturing engineering, economical engineering, etc.
    • Passion and first internship experience in the Automotive Industry
    • Excellent communication and team work skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to ’think outside the box’ when under pressure
    • Fluent English and German language skills
    • Regional and international mobility
