At Evotec’s headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, the In Silico R&D department is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated
Master Thesis Student (all genders)
Data Science
Full-time and temporary (6 months)
Your key responsibilities
  • Bring together protein sciences, chemistry, and data science
  • Collaborate on a machine learning model to predict activity of small molecules against a target
  • Engineer and compare suitable target descriptors
Your qualifications
  • Currently in the final phase of your Master’s studies in Bioinformatics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Profound knowledge of biochemistry
  • Experience in building machine learning model
  • Good mathematical understanding
  • Experience in working with git would be ideal
  • Knowledge of relational databases is a plus
