JOB PURPOSE

For this job we are looking for someone who is characterized by a high degree of curiosity and empathy and who is passionate about providing advice to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understanding the challenges of our customers and developing suitable solutions with the help of your Amazon knowledge
  • In coordination with our campaign managers, consultants, content editors and data experts, you will find ways to increase our customers’ sales on Amazon
  • At the same time, you coordinate our requirements with the customer and then coordinate the implementation and optimization within our team
  • You keep the customer up to date and communicate the results of our work
  • You are also responsible for the continuous evaluation of ongoing measures, the definition of operational as well as strategic recommendations for action and their coordination and implementation
  • You will be responsible for the correspondence with our international customers and will also manage the internal communication with our departments, thus forming the interface between our customers and our internal specialists
  • You take over the communication with Amazon for problem solving
  • You offer our services and lead the contract negotiations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • E-Commerce (especially Amazon) experience
  • Amazon Operations knowledge
  • Good KPI understanding & understanding of business context beyond Amazon
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good skills to present and show the context in an understandable way in front of the customer
  • Knowledge in advising clients
  • Experience in the preparation and execution of pitches
  • Bringing in and further developing new topics
  • Diligence, sense of duty, reliability, drive and motivation
  • Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and very good knowledge of English
