Tasks

  • Setting up the annual strategy process for the LSG Group. Prioritisation of topics, further development of the LSG strategy process
  • Establishment and co-development of the strategic goals for the LSG Group, strategic portfolio management
  • Management, communication, implementation of the strategy. Development of further measures, conducting strategy workshops, business development
  • Participation, execution of relevant M&A projects. Observation of M&A activities of competitors
  • Participation in the further development of the LSG organizational model and structures, implementation of organizational guidelines worldwide, internal organizational consulting
  • Development and implementation of content-related strategy and transformation projects with relevant stakeholders

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in business administration or academically comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of strategy/business development
  • Analytical, conceptual work
  • Understanding and being able to depict complex interrelationships
  • Project leadership/management of strategic projects with a large number of interfaces
  • Experience in an international environment and high intercultural competence
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills as an internal service provider
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
