We are looking for a Manager, Product Design - Vendor (all genders) to join our vendor experience team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Here, we take an encompassing approach, championing everything from vendor empowerment, and business management, to streamlined business operations. Dive into a role that’s instrumental in reshaping how vendors thrive and achieve unparalleled success within our ecosystem.
In this multifaceted role as the Manager of Product Design, you’ll be intricately involved in guiding vendors from recruitment, ensuring their seamless onboarding, and aiding them in a business setup. Additionally, you’ll be pivotal in offering robust back-office tools that enable our internal teams to consistently support vendors throughout their lifecycle, ensuring a harmonious and effective partnership from the outset.

Your mission:
  • Design Leadership: Spearhead the design vision, emphasizing user-centricity and operational excellence for vendors at every stage of their journey.
  • Team Building & Management: Build and steer a diverse and inclusive design team, ensuring consistent project delivery, and fostering a culture of design excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with various teams to craft cohesive user experiences across all onboarding touchpoints.
  • Design Champion: Lead the entire design lifecycle from ideation through UXR validation, ensuring designs are implementable by engineering teams.
  • Community Builder: Enrich the design team culture, participate actively in design discussions, and be pivotal in process evolution.
  • Communication Maestro: Articulate your team’s goals, interlinking related projects to expedite problem-solving and decision-making.

Your Heroic Skills:
  • 6+ years in Product Design, working closely with multifunctional teams.
  • 3+ years in design management, leading direct reports.
  • Portfolio showcasing high-quality product design and leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and launching software across both web and native environments.
  • Adept at presenting work and rationales to a wider audience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to champion design solutions and practices, underpinned by compelling narratives.
