Responsibilities

  • Digital strategy development and further development of digitalization projects (especially focused on digitalization of the infrastructure) at BL and PL level
  • Project management in the field of digitization
  • Leading responsibility in the “Data Empowered Organization” program and in individual implementation projects, including technical topics at the interface with IT, digital processes, change management and communication
  • Independent development of projects relating to data usage and business intelligence
  • Independent analysis of the existing business processes and identification of optimization potentials (processes in the area of "Offer to Cash" & "Plan to Produce") including project management for optimization projects at the interface with R&D, innovation, marketing and sales
  • Development of new digital business models (Business Model Innovation)
  • Representative in the Evonik Business Line for various digitization programs / projects (e.g. marketing automation) and representative of BL interests
  • Management of external service providers and implementation partners

Requirements

  • Completed studies in business administration, IT, chemistry or engineering
  • Perennial work experience in a related field
  • Well-founded experience in project management (project leading)
  • Experience in change management
  • Very good English (verbally and written), additional German language skills desirable
  • Good Power-BI-knowledge as well as very high data affinity
  • Stress resistance and the ability to work in a team
