Your RoleSenior professional with strong corporate finance knowledge and broad knowledge of business management. Manages complex and heavily matrixed processes. Communicates within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures. Makes substantial improvements to systems and processes. Contributes to achievement of Business Unit goals and operating plans with direct impact on the BU results. This is a dynamic and high visibility role which is also responsible for leading and coordinating financial planning process across the business unit, including financial close, forecasting and other recurring business review activities. This role is expected to heavily cooperate with regional business manager, regional finance colleagues, regional non-finance functional leaders and global AS&UX finance organization.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Lead business operations’ forecasts, analyzes P&L and conducts business analysis to support strategic business decisions
- Be a financial partner to functional leads and provide analysis and information needed to make major operational, financial, and strategic decisions
- Manage complex financial and analytical models to forecast and analyze operating expenses and identify opportunities for improvement
- Help evaluate financial and strategic impact of new business pursuits, including business expansion, new products and services, and software solutions
- Identify and track financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Evaluate monthly operating results and communicate key metrics and drivers to stakeholders
- Help prepare for EC and AGM reviews
- Identify opportunities and implement changes to improve financial processes
- Manage ad-hoc requests, other duties or tasks as needed (depending on business needs)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
