Manager Corporate Treasury

The purpose of Corporate Treasury is to manage the company’s liquidity, solvency and financial market risks. This includes Financial Operations (whereby the Company’s daily global cash position is managed), Corporate Funding (whereby the Company’s funding activities and cash flow forecasts are managed), Middle Office (whereby the Company’s currency exposure and all internal and external Treasury reporting are managed) and Financial Risk Management (whereby the Company’s foreign exchange, interest rate and commodity risks are managed).

• Support processes, tasks and projects related to the different areas of Corporate Treasury
• Drive the implementation of Treasury digitization initiatives
• Manage medium sized projects and/or actively participate in projects; implement findings and ensure sustainability of achievements
• Develop and implement state of the art analytic tools/ KPI’S
• Actively keep up to date with latest trends in Corporate Treasury
• Identify improvement potential through variance analysis, derive solutions and facilitate related decisions
• Manage & execute standardized reporting and ad-hoc analysis
• Ensure smooth operation of the day to day business by taking on ownership for related actions
• Provide comprehensive expertise for assigned functional areas/systems and processes towards team and business partners
• Enable fact-based decision by creating transparency on forecasts
• Execute reporting and ad-hoc analysis
• Enforce adherence to M1 Treasury Policy

• Experience in Project Management

• Very good analytical skills, managing large data quantities from multiple sources
• Business fluency in English (written and spoken)

• University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Controlling or equivalent background in related fields
• CFA level 1 or equivalent skills
• Strong treasury systems expertise
• Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in related fields
