RESPONSIBILITIES

Join our diverse team with your active hands-on-mentality.

You will collaborate independently and together with the team on complex projects in strategy consulting and provide impactful solutions to BASF’s units.
This includes that you identify potential for improvement and advise the management team in an emphatic and reliable, expedient manner.
From day one you will be integrated in our running projects and have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and skills.
Throughout all project phases you communicate openly and clearly with all parties involved and accompany the project from start to finish which allows a comprehensive end-to-end service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

at least 3 years of professional experience in project work in strategic consulting ideally in a (global) strategy consulting agency
experienced in handling of project management methods as well as consulting methodology and approach
eloquent and convincing communication skills in English
friendly and reliable team player
international work experience is a plus
