For our Frankfurt or Cologne branch, we’re looking for you! ALead Service Designer who wants to be part of a tightly-knit team working across disciplines and team boundaries to deliver industry-shaping design and strategy solutions to businesses both in Germany and worldwide.

Do what you love

As a Lead Service Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design perspective of a service. Additionally, you will combine qualitative and quantitative research, organizational and market analysis, problem-solving and business planning methods into strategic recommendations.
  • You lead the service design stages of a project, translating research insights into memorable and differentiating user experiences
  • You scope, plan and lead service design projects and provide engaging strategic consultancy to our clients
  • You map and visualize user insights and experiences to help shine a bright light on the challenges and opportunities of our clients
  • You prepare, coordinate and participate in a wide array of exciting research endeavours
  • Solving complex problems and creating meaningful concepts for a fast-paced, changing world
  • You are the chief storyteller with the ability to create a visualization of concepts
  • You will inspire colleagues and clients as you deliver thought-provoking leadership and strategic direction
  • Providing supervision and contribution to large accounts and business development opportunities
What makes us curious
  • You have at least 10+ years of experience in the development and implementation of digital product innovations
  • You have a master graduate in business, design, research or other relevant educational background
  • A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive to bring them to life
  • A great communicator and workshop facilitator and a solid client partner, able to listen, advise and build strong relationships with our clients
  • Experience in creating convincing presentations and designing workshops – successfully facilitating the most senior clients
  • Experience with service design methods, implementation of market and competition analyses and creation of business cases
  • Knowledge in the development and evaluation of customer-related KPIs in the area of digital products
  • You are always up to date and know the current trends and innovations in the industry and act as a creative impetus
