As Lead HR Business Partner for Infineon’s Sales & Marketing areas you are the contact partner for HR relevant matters, act as a driver of culture and strategy as well as structure topics globally. In this role, you will foster close relationships with Sales & Marketing management and other HR functions to ensure that the organization is well-positioned to achieve their business objectives. Furthermore, you will build-up and leverage your international network to continuously deploy the HR strategy across the regions. The position is currently limited to a period of 12 months.
In your new role you will:
  • Be responsible to provide HR servicesfor your assigned global organizations acting as a consultant, strategic partner and administrator
  • Foster sustainable partnerships with Sales & Marketing headsand develop an in-depth business understanding(business situation, challenges, future developments and ongoing projects)
  • Shape and deploy the HR roadmap for Sales & Marketingacross the regions
  • Plan, define and drive projects in the area ofpeople & organization
  • Closely work with HR colleagues from other sites & regionsto coordinate HR core processes, give guidance and promote knowledge-sharing within the community
  • Be part of Sales & Marketing projectsas well as overarching HR projects
  • Regularly take part in management meetingsand workshops

You listen closely to your internal customers and engage with them actively about their future needs. You enjoy communicating and building sustainable relationships across the globe. Furthermore, you remain confident, solution-oriented and flexible even in challenging situations.

You are best-equipped for this task if you have:
  • A degree in business studies, social sciencesor a comparable qualification
  • At least 6 years of experience in shaping and deploying HR processes in an international environment, for example as an HR Business Partner or as part of a Center of Competence
  • Experience in facilitating organizational development, change managementas well as in workshop moderation
  • Very good understanding of individual and collective labor law
  • A background in sales or working with sales functionsis an advantage
  • A qualification as systemic coachis a plus
  • Fluent German & English skills
