Lead Architect (m/f/d) Electric/ Electronics (E/E) System
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • As a Lead Architect E/E System (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the continuous definition, development, and management of the E/E System architecture along the V-model to achieve a coherent overall HVAC system design
  • You will act as the interface between the lead architecture and the E/E development team to align decisions and communication between those groups
  • Based on a proper understanding of stakeholder needs, you are generating different architecture alternatives to select those that meet stakeholder demands and business targets
  • You are defining architectural specifications and guardrails (e.g. architectural principles, system interfaces) ensuring the interconnection and integrability towards the adjacent system levels
  • You are driving architectural decisions achieving trade-offs between stakeholder requirements, architectural constraints and between different system requirements
  • You are contributing to project roadmap creation by analyzing effects of new customer needs towards the system architectures within roadmap sprint process
  • You are ensuring the use of up to date and best practice methods and tools within architecture community and you are enabling the team in using those

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
  • You have successfully graduated in electrical/electronic engineering, mechatronics, computer science or a comparable qualification
  • You have at least three to five years of experience in a comparable position
  • You have a proven background in electronics and software development, smart home technologies, wired and wireless communication, and/ or IoT architectures as well as experience in tools and methods with focus on model-based systems engineering (Windchill Modeler, Enterprise Architect, Polarion, SysML)
  • Profound experiences in the HVAC industry including markets, technologies, systems, products, suppliers, and competition are helping you in your daily work
  • Your business-fluent English skills and your open and trustworthy personality enable you to communicate confidently at all levels. Business-fluent German is a plus
  • You have very good analytical and communication skills and a structured way of working, combined with a high degree of initiative and motivation as well as self-organization
