Your Role:
As the Laboratory Systems Global Systems Lead, you will be part of a global team that is building the future foundation for digitalization and lab connectivity. This role will report to the Head Digital Operations and Smart Manufacturing. You will manage a team of engineers to deliver several parallel internal projects that serve our Life Sciences Quality Control Laboratories globally (within both GxP and Non-GxP environments). This role will be responsible for system standardization, strategic roadmap across the ISCO network, planning, budget, communication and program deployments. This role will interface with critical teams such as Quality, Business, Project Management Office and Life Sciences IT (LSIT) globally while also being adaptable to help solve technical problems as required.

Your Role:

This role will interface with critical teams such as Quality, Business, Project Management Office and Life Sciences IT (LSIT) globally while also being adaptable to help solve technical problems as required.
As Global Business Owner, this role will be responsible for setting business requirements and system selection in collabroation with Sites, Quality and Global IT (LSIT). The role and responsibilities will also include:
- Responsible for maintaining vendor relationship through technology lifecycle to ensure minimal disruption to business operations, version upgrades, obsolecense, and service bulletins
- Responsible for managing team in project definition, budgeting, planning and implementation phases.
- Responsible for leading team to develop standard protocols, validation documents, user requirement specifications, master data strategy and module/ templates for programs and technologies managed aross the Life Sciences Quality Laboratory Operations.
- Facilitate communication with leadership and other key strategy stakeholders on financial and delivery status of portfolio
- Responsible for ensuring project milestones, objectives and budget are met.
- Appropriately set and manage project expectations with key stakeholders given project input assumptions & strategy.
- Partner with stakeholders to influence, define, and shape overall technical portfolio strategy.
- Support Head of Digital Operaitrons & Smart Manufacturing for issue resolution and escalation process
- Education: BA/BS required, BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or Chemistry/Sciences Required.
- 7-10+ years of implementing quality laboratory systems (LIMS, ELN, Chromatography, SDMS) in a global, multi-site, environment.
- Vendor applicable certifications/documented training in LabWare, LabVantage, Empower, and/or Cyberlab Technologies
- Experience in digital transformation in Quality (GMP) Lab Environment
- English Language preferred
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and self-directed
- Experience working in a global matrix organization
- Travel percentage up to 10% (international)
- Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.
