His or her area of responsibility includes the implementation and coordination of the global customer strategy into his specific region and accounts, securing the existing business and the introduction and distribution of the WeylChem portfolio. The main focus is on:
- Supporting direct customers and developing relationships in cooperation with sales
- management
- Regional customer and sales responsibility for the sales area Northern Europe and
- administrative support for our sister company in the USA / North America
- New customer acquisition in the assigned region
- Support of distribution partners in the corresponding sales area
- Implementation of marketing & sales concepts
- Development of service concepts for the respective customers
- Identification of new product and business area developments, definition of price
- strategies and implementation for and with customers
- Coordination of technical sales activities with the business development department
- Define and measure target agreements with direct customers
- Establishment of interfaces between WeylChem and direct customers
- Ensuring the correspondence between payment terms and fixed dues controls
- Management of market launch projects of defined products and / or services
- Development of new business opportunities and commercial / technical approaches
- Participation in internal coordination and decision-making processes for the corresponding sales area
- Coordination of inquiries and interests for project management & business development
- Set up a report system, identify gaps, initiate analyzes and corrective approaches.
Your profile
You have a degree in business administration or you are a chemist or engineer with professional experience in the chemical industry (desirable in the home & personal care industry) and have a very good understanding of commercial issues, requirements and tasks.
In addition to your fluent German, you also have written and spoken English skills for our international environment and are familiar with the common MS Office applications, especially Excel. Willingness to travel, flexibility and customer satisfaction are just as natural for you as a structured way of working, a high level of communication skills, resilience and great commitment.
