Aufgaben

As (Junior) Product Manager at nu3, you will join our Product team consisting of developers and a PM.

You will work closely together with the product manager to continuously analyze and improve our shops based on customer needs.

You will establish new processes in this area and leave your footprint in a still fast growing but well-established company in the European market, while working with a young and energetic team.

• Together with our PM, you drive product development from identifying the user and business needs, to product requirements to launch and maintenance
• Create and organize development tasks (tickets) in Jira/Confluence and follow up on development results
• Work data-driven, based on reports and analyses for deriving actions that are truly oriented towards our customers’ needs
• Support as being the interface between stakeholders and developers/DevOps
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Work in an international environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes
  

Qualifikation

• General understanding of technology and eCommerce, business processes and functional dependencies
• You have good communication skills and can easily put yourself in someone else’s perspective
• Good analytical skills and ideally first hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• People and Project Management
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• You are comfortable working in an international working environment
• Software Knowledge: Needed: Jira/Confluence. Nice to have: Shopify, Google Tag Manager, Akeneo
