Your Responsibilities
  • As Junior Product Manager for our product area Ear, Noese, Throat (m/f/d), you are responsible for the life cycle management of the Rhinology disposable product portfolio (Celon)
  • You work on marketing and sales initiatives (incl. digital campaigns) that create awareness and drive growth of this portfolio in the EMEA market
  • You analyze the Rhinology market and identify customer needs and challenges for existing and future products
  • You monitor the performance of your business area and conduct business analyses for potential new product introductions
  • Furthermore, you establish relationships with customers and key clinicians on a European level, and involve them in peer-to-peer and other marketing related activities
  • As a competent contact person, you support customer initiatives on clinical trials and evaluations with Olympus products in the field
  • You liaise with other departments, such as R&D to ensure that customer needs are correctly identified, communicated and met
  • You support the Olympus training department in defining new training content and developing training materials
  • In Addition, you represent Olympus on international congresses
Your qualification
  • You have successfully completed a course of studies in Business Administration, Industrial or Medical Engineering, Economics or similar
  • You have some initial professional experience in marketing and/or sales
  • You have excellent communication skills and command of German and English – both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus
  • Your strengths include good analytical skills and a commercial mindset
  • You have a confident manner and an inspiring and motivational character
  • You can manage a demanding workload and enjoy working independently, are reliable, and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • Contributing to success as part of a team motivates you
  • You enjoy traveling up to 30%
