Your Tasks Will Include The Following

The Global IT Infrastructure Network Engineer is accountable for ensuring availability of networking services for NTT Data Business Solutions. Ensuring network services are delivered in line with global standards, compliances and available to SLA expectation.

■ You administer the local area networks (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) at NTT Data Business Solutions sites including configuration, consolidating, hardware upgrades, monitoring performance and logs collection.

■ You setup, configure and administer the switches, routers, firewall at NTT Data Business Solutions sites including configuration, consolidating, hardware upgrades, monitoring performance and logs collection.

■ You design, setup, configure and administer enterprise LAN/WAN switching/routing and wireless environments to ensure safe and smooth network operation in line with approved standards.

Convince us with your potential

■ Vocational training in Information Technology or University degree in Information Technology.

■ Min 2+ years of experience in network engineering and network administration

■ Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge and common networking terms as well as knowledge of network cabling.

■ Proven experience of maintaining, configuring and troubleshooting firewalls (FortiGate, Checkpoint and Cisco preferred), including firewall rules configuration and with strong understanding of its Command Line Protocols.

■ Able to perform physical tasks in network scope inside the office environment.

■ Fluent German and good English language – Written and Verbal and experience in international collaboration.
