We are looking for aSystem Administrator Associate(f/m/d)to join our IT Service Desk team to create the best internal IT experience and work with cross-functional stakeholders within the company. You’ll have the chance to innovate technology, processes and products affecting the whole organization. Your mission:
Provide an amazing customer support experience.
Be a part of the team providing a single point of contact for our internal IT customers and assisting with their issues and requests (account creation, application use, hardware etc).
Administration, installation, and support of Windows-, macOS- and Linux-based systems.
Handle customer requests with Jira, Slack and Mail
Receive and respond to incoming IT support requests in person, via email, and slack.
Interface and coordinate with other departments and take part in cross-functional projects.
Document and maintain system administration procedures and policies.
Provide On-call support

Analytical, detail-oriented and creative problem-solving skills.
Proactive mindset and drive to find and address the root causes.
High service orientation and ability to see the customer’s perspective.
Good English knowledge, additionally you have knowledge in the German language.
Completed degree in Computer Science, vocational training in Computer sciences or equivalent.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in system administration and IT.
Active Directory, AzureAD and Google Suite user management knowledge.
