We’re searching for a hands-on Junior Project EHS Manager (m/f/d) to handle the EHS regulations at our Projects on sites. In this position, you will ensure that our policies are enforced, that applicable legal compliance is met, and that a strong EHS culture is maintained across all sites. The i nitial project assignment will be close to Dresden, Germany and in the Thüringen, Sachsen, Brandenburg/Berlin region.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Health and Safety and Environmental Protection Management in one of our Projects
  • Develop, Follow-up, Implement and monitor compliance with the Project Health and Safety and Environmental Management Plan, Site Safety Rules, Emergency Plan
  • Consult and support Project Management and Construction Management regarding all EHS aspects
  • Develop and improve concepts and processes to improve safety performance on site, lead/conduct incident investigations including root cause analysis and define and follow-up measures
  • Develop and implement site induction, EHS training plans and content
  • Conduct EHS project site evaluations, inspections and audit including health and safety, environment and contractor performance
Show your expertise
  • Technician, Engineer, Safety Engineer or similar skilled occupation in the area of Engineering, Construction, Safety Background
  • Experience with multi-site management and/or field service operations is highly preferred
  • Safety Certification (Sicherheitsfachkraft, NEBOSH, similar). Additional qualifications desirable (work at height, ATEX, lifting, Emergency Response, HAZOP/SIL, etc)
  • Fluent in English spoken and written, German, French and other European languages a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels
  • Willingness to travel
