The IT User Support Agent will serve as a key member of our IT Team. We’re looking for an exceptional candidate whose DNA is dominated by strong motivation and positive attitude

You’ll be a member of a global IT team that acts as one team with a vision to deliver flawless and secure technology experiences.
Key Activities And Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, Operational systems, printers and scanners.
- Upgrade, repair notebooks, printers, monitors, and chromeboxes.
- Coordinate with users for replacements, upgrades or any other internal projects.
- Be passionate about providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or using collaboration tools).
- Be detail oriented and deliver a team-can attitude toward resolving service requests and Incidents in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining Asset inventories.
- Identify repetitive tasks and bring new technologies and/or & Automation ideas to help to better deploy computers (image software, deployment software, etc.).
- Collaborate, team up, and be proactive with the team by bringing new ideas, and/or present/screen new technologies to contribute to optimize the work we do.
- Passionate about technology and computer science.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Upper intermediate to advance spoken and written English and German level (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong self motivation, problem solver and orientation toward results.
- Innovative mindset
- Practical experience working with ticketing systems (Jira is a plus)
- General knowledge of technology (Cloud - Network - Security)
- PowerShell and/or Python scripting skills is a plus.
- Microsoft Certifications or courses (non-exclusive)
- Unix experience (general unix commands)
- Other technology certifications (ITIL, Cisco, Azure, AWS, etc.)
