At the IT Service Desk, you will support our French-speaking colleagues around the world by taking care of different aspect of the IT environment at Kuehne+Nagel.Your Role
IT Support at Kuehne + Nagel is more than just solving technical problems. At our IT Service Desk, you will join our international team formed by 15+ nationalities on creating and handling incidents and service requests. You will be the first point of contact and act as a consultant concerning all technical and IT related matters, such as user creation, password reset and a vast array of technical troubleshooting. Your support is essential for our colleagues to be able to work trouble-free and, therefore, a crucial part of our overall success. Your Responsibilities
- Provide 1st level technical support to colleagues.
- Identify, log, categorize and document tickets and service requests on the ticketing system.
- Install and update company software and hardware upon demand.
- Manage user accounts and rights in Microsoft Active Directory, following pre-existing guidelines and standard procedures.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders, including technical departments, the troubleshooting and resolution of diverse IT issues.
- Analytical thinking and curiosity to find solutions.
- Experience on a service desk setting.
- Willingness to collaborate and foster teamwork in an international environment.
- Openness to learn and share knowledge.
- Fluent language skills in French (C1 or native) and English (B2 or higher).
- Ability to work productively regardless of the workplace (remote or office).
- Familiarity with MS Active Directory, Exchange, ticketing systems and Windows OS is advantageous.
- Previous Service Desk experience in an IT environment and ITIL knowledge is a plus.
