IT Support Staff (m/f/d)

We are looking for an IT Support Employee (m/f/d) in Mannheim for our client with immediate effect.

Your tasks
  • Responsible for 2nd level support in the Windows environment.
  • Analyze and document error situations including successful troubleshooting.
  • User support in the area of mobile devices
  • Working and documenting in the ticket system
  • Participate in IT projects
Your skills
  • Successfully completed training in the IT field or comparable experience.
  • Good knowledge in the field of hardware and software (Windows, Office,..)
  • You work customer-oriented
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Good knowledge of English
