YOUR ROLE

  • Active involvement in global strategy team for Automotive and Metals division with focus in the field of Market & Data Intelligence (MI)
  • Support the Market & Data Intelligence Team in research, analysis and insight generation for our Sales, Marketing and Market Segment teams
  • Be an integral part of the team which considers your role on par with all other colleagues
  • Active engagement and steering of assigned tasks in Market & Data Intelligence Team: (1) Competitor Deep Dives: Take the lead in the analysis and development of in-depth competitor reports and workshops (2) Reporting: Create, challenge and further develop existing regular reports and newsletter for our three SBUs (3) MI Board: Further develop our internal MI platform
  • Take over responsibility for specific work packages in ongoing MI projects
  • Prepare and participate in project related workshops
  • Think out of the box and come up with ideas on how to even further improve the team`s deliverables

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student who has successfully passed first semesters in the areas of Business Administration, Analytics, IT, Management or Finance
  • Practical or international experience, e.g. by semester abroad or previous internships, is beneficial
  • Excellent English skills, knowledge of German or other language would be a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel (PowerBI is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity to data
  • Proactivity and the ability to familiarize with new topics in a short time
  • Profound conceptual skills combined with business understanding
  • Self-motivated, creative and open-minded personality
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Team-player with high level of independence
  • Affinity for Automotive and/or Metals industry would be a plus
