To further strengthen our brand, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter (f/m/d) to join our HR team. You will play a leading role in our talent acquisition and responsible to create and implement recruitment processes which focus on the overall candidate experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the full candidate experience as the first point of contact for our applicants until contract negotiations by taking action in sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and contract negotiations
  • Partner closely with our Hiring Manager across different countries and manage external hiring providers as applicable to ensure our sourcing and hiring activities are aligned with the corporate growth targets
  • Assess und understand hiring needs through dedicated briefings and translate these into effective hiring activities aligned with our hiring timelines
  • Lead the development and implementation of our regional and global employer branding strategy
  • Implementation of accurate reporting around hiring activities
  • Ensure a high-quality recruitment process with a strong validity
  • Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related field
  • 3+ years proven work and recruitment experience in either an inhouse or agency role
  • Hands-on personality with the motivation to try new innovative recruitment approaches
  • Reliable sourcing skills and interviewing experience with a focus on cultural fit
  • Strong organization skills to handle multiple roles simultaneously
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in English is a must
  • Experiences with Greenhouse or comparable recruitment platforms is a plus
