The Team:

The focus of the Project Management Office Finance lies in financial software implementation and enhancement projects that contribute to the overall performance and operational efficiency of the Accounting team and the company in general.

The Role:

The role opens exciting opportunities to get experience in project management in IT and Finance areas. The team will support the intern / working student in their PM role but will also offer autonomy and personal responsibility for smaller projects so that the working student / intern can express their creativity and independence.

The work you’ll do:

  • Execute projects in cooperation with other Project Managers or independently,
  • Support Project Managers in developing and managing project deliverables,
  • Define and track requirements together with functional leads,
  • Develop processes and tools needed for the project implementation, e.g. communication and reporting material, internal documentation,
  • Support the team with data management tasks.

The qualifications you need:

  • Student of marketing/business studies (at least 3rd semester) looking to get real-world experience in a fast-paced performance-oriented team
  • Ideally, you have some professional experience in project management and tools for project management
  • You think analytically and work in an independent and careful way with a high degree of reliability
  • Ideally you have some initial experience in Financial systems and processes
  • You have a communicative, open and team-oriented personality and enjoy working in an ambitious team - in presence and remote
  • You have very good skills in verbal and written English
  • 15-20 hours of time per week (preferably a long-term collaboration over several semesters)
