Intern Procurement (m/f/d)

You have the great opportunity to get to know purchasing activities and the entire procure-to-pay process. We are looking for a motivated and driven Procurement Intern (m/f/d) who wants to join our Global Goods and Services Team in our Munich headquarter. The internship is for 6 months. Your Tasks – Move limits

• You support our Procurement Managers in daily operational procurement projects as well as with the maintenance of supplier and contract data.
• You get insights into procurement processes and strategies to directly contribute to the optimization of purchasing processes and solutions.
• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotes for products and services.
• Assist in issuing purchase orders and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain procurement records, including contracts and purchase orders.
• Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure procurement needs are met.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
• Assist in managing vendor relationships and monitoring supplier performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Global Management, Logistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English – C1, German B2)
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Prior experience in procurement or supply chain management a plus, but not required.
• willing to work in our Munich office
