What To Expect

Human Resources handles the affairs of Brainlab employees. While most of our work focuses on delivering service to Brainlab staff, HR also works closely with management to help develop long-term strategies for the growth and development of the company. Within our Human Resources Department our Talent Management Team takes care of the Recruitment and Development of our Brainlab Employees.

As Part Of Our Talent Management Team Starting In January 2022, You Will Support Us In Hiring The Best Candidates And Developing “our Brains” With The Following Tasks
  • Participating in all areas of the recruiting process, from posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, active sourcing and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Acting as a point of contact for hiring managers and support them throughout their recruitment process
  • Helping to organize internal events, meetups and recruiting fairs
  • Being involved and responsible for various recruiting projects
  • Supporting various personal development projects
What You Offer
  • University student of business or humanitarian studies
  • Availability for ideally 6 months
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with a deep sense of commitment
  • Team-player with a good sense of humor and motivated to get things done
  • Good MS-Office and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and verbally
