Your Role
Shape the digital future with ZEISS Digital Partners as an Intern (f/m/x) - Digital Business Innovation. The team Digital Business Innovation is a cross-functional team building digital solutions and business models as well as driving strategic digital programs. We apply customer-centric methodologies like Design Thinking and Voice of the Customer and combine those with our business and strategy acumen. Your role
  • Support in user-centric development of new digital solutions enhancing the value of the ZEISS offering, including quantitative and qualitative validation
  • Take over responsibility for small work packages and become an integral part of our cross-functional teams of business experts, UX/UI designers, developers and engineers
  • Perform competition, technology, customer and market research for the identification and evaluation of trend developments
  • Conceptualize and prepare cross-departmental workshops, incorporating different innovation methods like design thinking
  • Create presentation and communication material
  • Present your results to key stake holders and decision makers
Your Profile
  • Successfully completed at least 3 years of study, preferably with a background in business, natural sciences, business informatics or (business) engineering, with excellent university grades
  • Gained first (internship) experience in the corporate, startup, or management consulting world
  • Passion for digital technologies, market trends, economic developments and ZEISS’ products and markets
  • Ability to work in an independent, goal- and output-oriented manner paired with a “can do” attitude
  • Proficient MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Fluent English and German language skills
