Your mission

  • Convert and acquire new customers together with the sales and the marketing team to further expand the numa go brand into the international market
  • Be part of the development of the numa go sales team by actively partaking in its creation and build up from the beginning
  • Drive sales especially via the phone to appropriate hospitality partners on our sales target list
  • Set sales goals, keep track of KPI’s and the overall sales performance of numa go to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts / reports
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process and coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
  • Maintain and nurture the relationships with our existing partners to always surpass our partners’ expectations
  • Partner with the Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Listen to customer feedback and give suggestions about product improvements
  • Coordinate partner contract creation and amendment documentation with the Legal and Tech team
Your profile

  • German is your mother tongue or at a native level and your level of English is at least C1
  • 3+ years of a proven track record of managing a sales team in a B2B environment. SaaS experience is considered a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone. Previous experience in telesales is a must
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Understanding of pipeline and lead management
  • A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders within the sales and marketing teams
  • Sound understanding and interest in technical topics, software and digital media
  • Ability to comprehend complex topics and to phrase them in an understandable way
  • You are a proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution
  • Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals, and the ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously
