For our office in Hamburg we are looking for a

Inhouse Digital Workplace Consultant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Take the ownership of our complete Digital Workplace including our Microsoft 365 platform (Atlassian Confluence & Microsoft 365 Apps – especially Teams, Power Apps, and SharePoint)
• Develop and execute a Roadmap for our Digital Workplace in close alignment with our Business stakeholders
• Act as an Inhouse Consultant:
• Implement simple solutions by yourself, manage more complex solutions as a Project Manager in cooperation with external partners
• Organize the operations of the Digital Workplace and ensure IT governance in close collaboration with internal experts
• Keep track of the further development of Microsoft 365 and our Digital Workplace tools to manage its advancement
• Follow technical trends in the area of collaboration and Digital Workplace design

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or appropriate work experience in the field of IT or Digital
• At least 5 years of work experience, a position as (Inhouse) Consultant is highly beneficial
• Profound knowledge and technical expertise of the Microsoft 365 platform (especially Teams, Power Apps, and SharePoint) as well as of the Atlassian Suite necessary, ideally also knowledge of further collaboration and Intranet solutions
• Solid know-how in IT architecture and interfaces, especially in cloud / multi-cloud environment
• Good Project Management skills
• Experienced in working in agile environments and creating digital solutions
• Very good communication and conceptual skills
• Sovereign appearance and assertiveness
• Open-minded character, always think outside the box
• Know-how in the finance industry is beneficial
• Fluent in English, German and Spanish is considered as a plus
