Purpose of the role:
The job holder (m/f/d) is responsible for the proper personnel administration and personnel file management from entry to exit, taking into account the legal and company regulations. The personnel processes are mainly handled independently in coordination with the HR Business Partners and the HR Lead.

Responsibilities:
  • Personnel administration and management:
    • Processing of entrants (incl. the preparation of employment contracts according to specifications, onboarding).
    • Processing of departures
    • Retirements
    • Long-term illnesses
    • Reintegration
    • Preparation of certificates
    • Certificates according to templates
    • Administration of company car contracts
  • Creation of HR reports, data overviews and statistics
  • Personnel file administration
  • Contact person for managers and employees for HR-related questions throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Ensuring proper personnel administration and management in accordance with legal and company regulations, including maintenance of the HR system
  • Close cooperation with the payroll department, especially the provision of payroll-relevant data
  • Participation in the analysis and optimisation of HR processes and updating of existing HR process descriptions
  • Interfaces with pension service providers and the employment agency in the context of processing employee departures
  • Support in the monitoring of mandatory training; support in the introduction of mandatory training, also in negotiations with the works council and direct coordination with the international L&D team
Support in national and international special projects (for example, in the context of implementing a new global HR data processing system incl. review of HR processes)

Professional competencies:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of carrying out administrative activities in the field of human resources
Desirable: Knowledge of SAP/HR and SAP SuccessFactors

Personal competencies:

  • Organizational skills, reliability, discretion, structured way of working, flexibility and service orientation

Qualification:

Required vocational education:
  • Completed vocational training as a human resources manager or comparable, specialist vocational training and/or corresponding professional experience in human resources management
Required professional experience:
  • 3 years of relevant experience in human resources, especially in personnel administration, as well as experience in complex matrix structures
