Your JobMolex is a continuously growing company, and we are currently looking for an entrepreneurial HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to support our two Tech Centers in Schönefeld & Bochum. In this role you will be part of a future-oriented technology company, contributing new ideas and supporting approx. 170 employees, executives and our management in the operational and strategic implementation of our corporate goals.Our TeamOur international HR team is a dynamic group of HR professionals dedicated to delivering a world-class employee experience. Join our team and help shape the HR landscape of a multinational company.What You Will Do- Providing holistic guidance, support, and development to our employees, executives, and management in all operational and strategic areas.
- Act as a steward of our company culture (PBM business philosophy)
- Implementing organizational and disciplinary measures while considering relevant legal and contractual regulations.
- Advancing and coaching executives in their roles (including performance management, workforce planning) and fostering our corporate culture intensively through workshops and other initiatives.
- Introducing and optimizing new and existing processes in the HR domain.
- Collaborating closely with our recruitment team to identify talent needs.
- Constructive and trusting cooperation with the responsible works council.
- Proactively enhancing our HR processes in cooperation with the corporate group.
- Degree in human resources management, psychology or business administration with a focus on human resources or comparable professional training
- Extensive professional experience in human resources as a business partner, generalist or specialist, ideally in an international company.
- Experience in developing/coaching employees and executives, as well as collaborating with works councils.
- Reliability, commitment, and a proactive, confidential, and responsible work approach.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and a good sense of urgency.
- Fluent language proficiency in German and English.
- Willingness to travel (domestically).
