HEAD OF SALES AI / KI AUTOMOTIVE (M/W/D)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Definition, structuring, implementation and execution of the global go to market strategy from lead generation to conclusion of the contract
  • Expansion and further development of the existing sales team and sales partnerships
  • Setup and active care of strategic OEM and Tier-1 customers nationally and internationally
  • Planning and monitoring of all sales activities incl. budgeting, forecasting, review and reporting
  • Introduction of standardized and scalable processes and offering structures
  • Contribution to the marketing and solution portfolio
  • Analysis of the market and competition landscape
  • Representation of the company on fairs and conventions
YOUR PROFILE:

  • Academic degree in technical or commercial disciplines (Informatics, Industrial Engineering, BA or similar) and addiction to IT resp. AI
  • Multi-year sales and first sales management experience in Automotive on national and international level
  • Key account management knowhow and knowledge of buying centers
  • Strong market, structure and process orientation paired with hands on mentality, assertiveness, team orientation and charisma
  • Persuasive and strong closure character on all hierarchical levels
  • Empathy for a start up mentality and the consistent development of the company
  • Good knowledge of all relevant management and IT tools
  • Readiness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 30%)
  • Business fluent in German and English, further language is a plus
