What the job looks like
Each day you´ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
  • Developing and steering all our recruitment activities in Global Operations supporting talent identification and attraction
  • Acting as Business Process Owner for Global Recruiting Activities in Global Operations to drive and strengthen recruiting process standardization and process excellence in our Global Functions and Manufacturing Sites
  • Leading and driving our sourcing strategy based on our Global Operations growth roadmap to attract and hire our talents up to executive level
  • Identifying recruiting trends and market insights for our relevant recruiting processes and applying best practices to strengthen our candidate experience
  • Planing our global recruiting needs in collaboration with our Hiring Managers and the HR Managers, setting the drum beat with a weekly reporting
  • Applying our learning from Global Operations, sharing it with our HR community and translating those into actionable global HR processes

What you´ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
  • Professional degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable degree
  • More than 5 years of experience in International Recruiting up to executive level
  • Several years of experience in an international HR generalist role required, as well as excellent knowledge of compensation & benefits
  • Good knowledge of employer branding and current recruiting practices, including active sourcing
  • Profound experience in change management and organizational design
  • Excellent communication skills, both in German and English
  • Analytical thinking and structured way of working paired with a hands-on mentality
  • Data driven decision taking and continious improvement mindset
