Your Role
- Lead a passionate team of five colleagues in the Global Center of Expertise, collaborate with the regional and local counterparts and empower the recruiter teams worldwide
- Develop and implement long- and short-term recruitment strategies for Henkel based on business needs, market and technology trends as well as on the related surveys, metrics and KPI results
- Provide clear oversight of the global recruitment process, including responsibility for positions up to middle management level. Offer advisory support for executive recruitment and other stakeholder groups.
- Strategically plan and steer large-scale projects within the recruitment area or larger HR initiatives, such as implementing new HCM solutions or talent marketplace platforms
- Ensure compliance with all global and local policies, internal and external audits, and legal requirements within the recruitment organization
- Plan, manage, and oversee all recruitment-related budgets, including team and HR project budgets
- Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within global recruitment or HR technology
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies and projects in a global environment
- Strong technical skills, including high expertise in recruitment systems and tools
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across different regions and cultures
- Strategic thinker, strong communicator, strong stakeholder manager
- Fluent English language skills, German is beneficial
