- Managing the GRT Global Graduate Programme as a career entry opportunity for young talents including recruitment, onboarding and supervision of all GRT graduates
- First HR contact for all GRT Aachen Graduates, incl. regular ambition talks, implementation of trainings & networking events
- Observe market development & regular review of the GRT Graduate Programme and continuous adaptation to the needs of the areas & subsidiaries
- Advise and support global HR colleagues in the implementation of the Graduate Programme in their subsidiaries
- First point of contact and proactive advice for line managers on all issues relating to young talent promotion (in close cooperation with HR business partner)
- Establishment and maintenance of relationships with national and international universities
- Planning, organization and implementation of university fairs and events (including the provision of advertising material)
- Consult proactively senior departmental heads to raise awareness on market developments and support them to identify needs for GRT next leader & specialist generation
What you’ll bring to the table

- Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Psychology or educational science
- At least 2 years proficient and profound experience in Human Resource Management, Young Talent Acquisitions and/or HR Development
- General understanding of business requirements with experience in cross-functional & international projects
- Strategic thinking paired with hands-on-attitude, focused on market development & future demands positioning Grünenthal as employer of choice
- Good presentation, communication, training and facilitation skills
- Strong team player and networker with high customer orientation
- Fluent in German and English
