The Mission
As our Founders Associate Intern, you will work closely with our CEO and CFO in closing our next funding round. Be a sparring partner for the C-Level in operations / growth and work closely together on strategic projects.

We are looking for reinforcement at the earliest possible date.
What you’ll be doing
  • Coordinate fundraising activities such as pitches, events, and investor outreach.
  • Take ownership of fundraising documents like the pitch deck and due-diligence material.
  • Work closely with our CEO as a trusted person and provide professional support in all organizational and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to unblock, unlock and drive change, and ensure the organization is exceeding our targets and is on track for key initiatives.
  • Join forces with the C-Level Team to execute strategic projects and help define the overall company strategy.
  • Coordinate appointments, be proactive and forward-looking, and keep everything on track.
  • Create and customize presentations, pitches, and speeches.
Relevant skills
  • Native German language skills & fluency in English.
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor, Master or PhD-Program.
  • Knowledge in creating and holding presentations.
  • Prior experience in high-paced environments, e.g. high-growth Startups, Venture Capital/Private Equity Firm, Investment Banking, Management Consulting or Tech Company.
  • You know how to deal with different situations flexibly and are confident and diplomatic in doing so.
  • Reliability, accuracy, and independence characterize your way of working.
  • You have strong organizational talent and leadership skills.
  • High loyalty, integrity, and trustworthiness.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communicative abilities.
  • You show entrepreneurial skills with an attention to detail and are curious with a hunger to learn.
  • Ideally, you have worked with OKRs before.
