You are responsible for the controlling tasks and shape the expansion of the department in the course of the internationalisation of the company. In this position, you will report to the Head of Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of internal and external reports (reporting)
  • Participation in and design of budget planning and comparison and derivation of measures
  • Mapping processes and business cases in the financial planning software
  • Responsibility for the organisational and content-related development of the department
  • Continuous optimisation of existing controlling instruments and related processes
  • Further development of the introduced business intelligence tool
  • Accounting of funding projects
  • Ad-hoc analyses and preparation of decision-making documents for the Executive Board
  • Helping to shape the further development of the company in the context of digitalisation

Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration with Focus on finance/ controlling with 5+ years of experience in this area, ideally in an international company
  • Proficiency with current financial and planning software (e.g. OLAP-Database, LucaNet, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of controlling, commercial law and international accounting (HGB/ IFRS)
  • A high level of interest in learning new methods, IT affinity, pleasure in optimising processes and a high level of personal commitment
  • A team-oriented approach to work and very good communication skills in German and English
  • Very good organisational skills and the ability to work independently
