VIVERE was founded in 2018 with the vision to disrupt the consumer goods industry. Since, we have built a team of more than 130 international consumer talents. We are a data-driven consumer incubation engine, having launched more than 10 brands and 300 products in 16 markets across several categories including lifestyle, beauty, wellness, pet, and garden care. VIVERE operates a vertically integrated setup with its own marketing, design, research, operations, production, and digital sales functions. We sell through Amazon, our own e-commerce, and digital 3rd-party channels. VIVERE also serves as an end-to-end incubator for successful and loved brands, partnering with influencers and corporations worldwide.

For our Hamburg office we are looking for a Finance & Accounting Intern (M/F/D).

Tasks

  • Support the balance sheet analysis during monthly close
  • Assist in the correct booking of tax assessments in balance sheet and PnL
  • Provide ongoing communication with the accounts payable department for tax payments
  • Support current projects for tax, accounting and financial reporting and deal with ad hoc requests from senior management
  • Help set up and optimize company-wide financial processes
Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, basic knowledge in database management is a plus
  • Ability to identify the need for change and new concepts
  • Ideally former experience in a bank or an international operating financial cooperation
  • Independent, innovative, flexible, reactive and capacity for teamwork
  • Proficient in German and English
