Your responsibilities

  • Drive the further development of our sales-enabling technology service portfolio (e.g. CRM, e-commerce, sales analytics)
  • Manage your own workstreams within sales & marketing projects in cooperation with our customers (e.g. development of analytics dashboards, setup of e-commerce platforms)
  • Lead the development, testing, and continuous improvement of new digital tools (e.g. customer churn prediction models, automated lead scoring)
  • Support in the acquisition of new customer projects (e.g. scoping, proposal preparation, and project planning)
  • Become a "thought leader" and actively engage in the external marketing of our sales-enabling technology services towards our customers and partners

Your profile

  • Studies in the field of computer science, statistics, mathematics or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Very good command of business intelligence and data analytics solutions (e.g. Power BI)
  • Experience in the design and development of CRM systems (e.g. MS Dynamics)
  • Ideally first experience in web development and the setup of e-commerce platforms
  • Good understanding of technical environments, programming languages, and their use (e.g. Python)
  • Ideally experience with database management and cloud technologies (e.g. AWS)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
