Your responsibilities- Drive the further development of our sales-enabling technology service portfolio (e.g. CRM, e-commerce, sales analytics)
- Manage your own workstreams within sales & marketing projects in cooperation with our customers (e.g. development of analytics dashboards, setup of e-commerce platforms)
- Lead the development, testing, and continuous improvement of new digital tools (e.g. customer churn prediction models, automated lead scoring)
- Support in the acquisition of new customer projects (e.g. scoping, proposal preparation, and project planning)
- Become a "thought leader" and actively engage in the external marketing of our sales-enabling technology services towards our customers and partners
- Studies in the field of computer science, statistics, mathematics or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Very good command of business intelligence and data analytics solutions (e.g. Power BI)
- Experience in the design and development of CRM systems (e.g. MS Dynamics)
- Ideally first experience in web development and the setup of e-commerce platforms
- Good understanding of technical environments, programming languages, and their use (e.g. Python)
- Ideally experience with database management and cloud technologies (e.g. AWS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
