Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as Antenna System Engineer at Ericsson Antenna Service.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The work as an Antenna System Engineer includes, but is not limited to:

• 
  Perform technical coordination within antenna platform/design base development projects
• Stay informed about ongoing development in the product area
• Perform reviews within antenna platform development projects
• Analyze requirements to understand how the introduction of new features/ functions can impact the existing product and the test scope
• Derive and define requirements
• Analyze system wide impacts of requirements on architecture
• Take part in and understand technical strategies for own product area
• Identify, initiate and drive improvements in products and processes in own PDU
• Acts as a competence builder in the organization through presentations, lectures, and/or workshops

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 
  Master´s degree with a background in electrical engineering or engineering physics, preferably with an emphasis on RF Antenna design, or an equivalent qualification
• Experience within system engineering and/or RF antenna development are particularly advantageous
• Good understanding of RF antenna technologies, cellular radio networks and radio, related products and standards
• An analytical approach with the demonstrated ability to solve complex system-level problems
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities
• Accurate and to the point ability to take a stand and work through towards key stakeholders
• High self-motivation and structured way of working
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with a passion for teamwork and collaboration
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• German language skills are advantageous
