We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.Partner with the bestYou will develop new electronics packaging technology to make it withstand highest levels of temperatures, vibrations and shocks. You will work in close cooperation with product development and internal electronics manufacturing to deploy the new technology.As an Engineer/Scientist (d/f/m) Electronics Packaging, you will be responsible for:- Developing of packaging solutions for highly reliable and high temperature capable electronics
- Leading and conducting technology development projects
- Qualifying new materials, processes, and machines for the assembly of downhole electronics
- Preparing and evaluating test devices
- Conducting failure analysis
- Have completed your Master in electrical engineering, physics or materials science
- Have a general understanding of electronic circuits and schematics
- Be able to work in interdisciplinary teams together with technicians, engineers and scientists
- Be able to speak fluent English and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have experience with packaging of electronics for harsh environments/high temperatures
- Have experience with manufacturing processes for electronics (e.g., wire bonding, adhesive bonding, soldering, sintering, potting, coating) or associated failure analysis skills
