Responsibilities

  • Execution of all electrical installation work in the production and other buildings, maintenance and repair of production equipment (electrical components).
  • Assumption of responsibility for the lightning protection / grounding system, safety lighting, UPS systems, smoke and heat ventilation systems, data cabinets, ramp heating, inspection of fire bulkheads incl. documentation for the entire company premises at the Munich site
  • Periodic testing of fixed and mobile consumers in accordance with statutory regulations
  • Carrying out all work that arises, including initial fault analysis for defective equipment of any kind and further handling of the problem by self-repair or forwarding for external repair
  • Carrying out all preventive maintenance work on measurement, regulation and control system components
  • Fast intervention in case of malfunctions of any kind
  • Technical and personnel support of the plant electricians and house craftsmen colleagues
  • Awarding, coordination and control of contracts to external companies
  • Maintenance of documentation for the facility management area as well as standardization and optimization of systems and processes in the area of responsibility

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an electronics technician specializing in energy and building technology
  • Good PC skills in MS Office 365
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
  • Ideally knowledge of EPLAN and AutoCad
  • Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
  • Ability to present facts in writing
  • Persuasiveness and assertiveness
